Risk inputs

Optional — leave blank/Unknown where you don't have the figure. A blank field is treated as "not provided", never as zero, and lowers Analysis Completeness rather than being scored as low risk.

Dependency levels — Low: runs without daily owner involvement. Moderate: owner matters, but functions can be delegated. High: owner controls key customers/processes/relationships. Critical: the business doesn't function without the current owner.

The cash you expect to actually have left as a liquid buffer after completion — not the "Cash reserve required" figure above, which is part of the funding requirement. Actual lender/PG requirements vary by facility.
