Privacy Policy

The short version

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, loads no analytics, and runs no tracking pixels. I do not build a profile of you, and there is no account to create.

What I collect

Nothing, through the site itself. There is currently no contact form: the contact page and the calls to action throughout the site open your own email client. If you email me, I hold that message in my mailbox for as long as it is useful to answer you, and I use it for nothing else.

What your browser stores

Two things are kept in your browser's local storage. Neither is a cookie, neither is sent to me, and both stay on the device you are using:

• Your theme preference — so the site opens in light or dark mode as you last left it.
• Deal Analyser inputs and saved deals — the property calculator keeps your figures locally so they survive a page reload. They are never uploaded, and I never see them. Clearing your browser data removes them permanently, and there is no copy anywhere else.

Who else is involved

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, so Cloudflare handles the request and, as any web host does, may log your IP address as part of normal operation. Fonts and icons are served from this domain — nothing is fetched from a font, icon or script CDN at page load.

Pages link out to other sites. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site under their privacy policy, not mine.

Your rights

Because the site collects nothing, there is usually nothing of yours for me to hold. If you have emailed me and want that correspondence deleted, ask and I will delete it. Reach me at info@marcinsakowski.com.

Changes

If the site starts doing something this page does not describe — a working contact form, analytics, an embedded third-party service — this page changes at the same time. The date above is the last time I actually checked it against the site, not an automatic timestamp.
